If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your shopping experience, we will replace the item if available or refund your money — your choice. return policy
The Celebration Shoppe has gone to great length to program an online personalization tool that allows you the final say. When you insert your initials to approve your invitation and select submit, our system immediately creates a printable file and there is no further human type set interaction. So make sure you spelled names correctly and that you have the right date. If you submit and then realize that you have made an error, call us at 740-965-5187 or e-mail us immediately at customercare@celebrationshoppe.com with the subject line "Error in order #." If it is possible to stop the order and make a correction we will work with you to do so.
For table and party décor items, we accept returns if notified within 15 days of receipt (return shipping is at the expense of the customer unless there was an error on our end). Call us at 740-965-5187 or e-mail us at customercare@celebrationshoppe.com.
