The Celebration Shoppe, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions during each visit.

Copyright Notices

The Celebration Shoppe online shoppe and all of its content are copyrighted materials, protected by U.S. and international copyright laws including, but not limited to product images, text, graphics and logos. The content of this online shoppe, and the site as a whole, is intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our site and may not be used for any purpose other than browsing, shopping and reviewing proofs. At times we may offer hyperlinks to other websites from our website. We do not endorse or approve any products or information offered at sites you reach through our website.

Material Submissions

We welcome your comments about our online shoppe and services. However, any comments, feedback, notes, messages, ideas, suggestions or other communications (collectively "Comments") sent to our website shall be and remain the exclusive property of The Celebration Shoppe, LLC. Your submission of any such Comments shall constitute an assignment to the Celebration Shoppe, LLC of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Comments. The Celebration Shoppe, LLC will be entitled to use, reproduce, disclose, publish and distribute any material you submit for any purpose whatsoever, without restriction and without compensating you in any way. For this reason, we ask that you not send us any comments that you do not wish to assign to us, including any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, invitation wording, computer code or original artwork.

Important Ordering Information and Disclaimers

Our goal is to provide an excellent selection of products, fast turn-around time, and unparalleled customer service. We strive to exceed your expectations in every aspect of the fulfillment of your order. In order to better serve you and to ensure a satisfactory experience with The Celebration Shoppe, LLC, please read the following information carefully.

Placing an Order: Once your order is submitted, we will automatically generate a confirmation e-mail with your order number. Some email providers may sort our messages as junk or spam mail. If you have not received your confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail folder. If you cannot locate your confirmation email there, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact us to confirm your order. Once the order is placed online, your credit card is charged immediately. Order submission authorizes us to charge your card as we begin work immediately on your order. The Celebration Shoppe, LLC is required to charge sales tax for shipments delivered to Ohio.

Processing Times: When placing your order you are agreeing to our typical in-house processing times: three to four business days for printed items (one to two business days for décor item only orders) unless you select our two business day “rush service.” If your event is within two weeks, we do not suggest ordering custom printed invitations unless you select “rush service” and are hand delivering your invitations. If your order is received in close proximity to your event date, we cannot be responsible for timing issues so long as we have processed your order in compliance with the in-house processing times stated. Product Colors: We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors will be accurate. However, we do hand coordinate all table décor within a theme. Proofing Process: During the personalization process, you will approve a digital proof of your invitation order. As a curtousy, a member of The Celebration Shoppe team will review the invitation before releasing it to the press department and may suggest edits if an error is found (e.g., misspelled word). NOTE: Your invitation may vary slightly when printed. All computer monitors vary in color ranges. We are not responsible for color variances on your monitor.

Shoppe Inaccuracies: From time to time there may be information on our online shoppe that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. The Celebration Shoppe, LLC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Payment and Sales Tax: The Celebration Shoppe, LLC accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payment is required at the time of purchase. The Celebration Shoppe’s fulfillment center is located in Ohio. We are required to collect sales tax for all Ohio residents and shipments to Ohio. Shipments outside of Ohio will not be charged sales tax.

Postage: Some invitations may require extra postage due to size, weight and/or added embellishments. We suggest taking a fully assembled invitation to your local US Post Office Branch for accurate postage costs before mailing your invitations. We cannot be responsible for returned items due to insufficient postage. TIP: To protect your invitation during mailing, we suggest requesting the US Post Office to "hand cancel" your invitations or announcements.

Order Errors: If there is any type of error with your order, please contact our Customer Care department within three business days after receiving your order, so we may correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given first priority attention and will not result in additional cost to you. Please DO NOT DISCARD the original order, as we will issue a UPS call tag to retrieve the inaccurate order. If we are unable to retrieve the original order, no refunds, discounts or correct products will be reissued. If the order has been printed and the mistake is a customer error (date change, wrong phone number, spelling, grammar, etc), special considerations are made, and we offer up to a 40% discount on the printing and paper. Standard shipping charges will apply to reprints.

Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns & Refunds: Some items are special orders and many not be cancelled, changed, exchanged or returned. This includes all sale items and holiday items within four weeks of the holiday. It is your responsibility to pay for shipping costs associated with returns. If you refuse a package or ship a package back on The Celebration Shoppe shipping account number, you will be charged our UPS standard rate for the method of shipment used to return the package back to our facility.

The Celebration Shoppe, LLC is located in Sunbury, Ohio. These Terms & Conditions and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Ohio. The Celebration Shoppe, LLC reserves the right to bring any civil action in Ohio, arising from your violation of the Terms & Conditions of this Agreement.
